How will I know my purchase comes with a Lifetime Warranty?

Your contractor will provide you with a Lifetime Warranty Membership Card at the point of sale, which you can use to apply for a Free Lifetime Warranty to cover your purchase.

Why do I need a Lifetime Warranty Membership Card?

You will need to enter the unique 16 digit membership number displayed on the card when you apply for a Lifetime Warranty. You can also use your Lifetime Warranty Membership Card to enjoy savings on a wide range of D.I.Y. and home improvement related purchases from participating retailers.

Why do I need a Lifetime Warranty?

Hopefully, you won’t! Most professional installations provide many years of untroubled service, but there are always exceptions to the rule. If you’re unlucky enough to experience problems in the future, a Lifetime Warranty could save you thousands of pounds.

Why is my Lifetime Warranty free?

Lifetime Warranty costs are covered by subscriptions from participating contractors.

Why does my contractor have to be approved by you?

We only supply Lifetime Warranties on work completed by professionals to our exacting standards.

How will I know that my Lifetime Warranty has been registered?

When you (the customer) apply for a Lifetime Warranty you’ll be directed to the Lifetime Warranty Dashboard where you can view your registration and manage your warranty going forward.

When can I activate my warranty?

You can activate your warranty by logging in to your Lifetime Warranty Dashboard on or up to 28 days after the Activation Date, which is 10 years from the registration date and will be displayed at the time of warranty registration.

Which parts of my project are covered?

During the Service Period, we will repair, or replace any part of the home improvement products due to defects in the original manufacture. Full Terms and Conditions are displayed on the Lifetime Warranty Dashboard.

How do I make a claim?

Simply log in to the Lifetime Warranty dashboard and follow the instructions.

Is the work insurance backed?

Yes! All repairs come with an insurance-backed guarantee.

Who will take care of any repairs I require?

We will employ a local, experienced, fully accredited contractor from the Government Endorsed Quality Scheme TrustMark, to take care of any repairs you require. TrustMark licences and audits more than 15,000 Registered Businesses throughout the UK, covering over 150 different services, so there’s bound to be a trustworthy contractor near you.
