You can register your purchase using the REGISTER link on this website. Registrations must be made within 12 months of the purchase date.
When you (the customer) register your purchase with us you’ll be directed to the Lifetime Warranty Dashboard where you can view your registration and manage your warranty going forward.
You can activate your warranty by logging in to your Lifetime Warranty Dashboard on or up to 28 days after the Activation Date, which is 10 years from the registration acceptance date (usually when your contractor’s guarantee expires). This date will be displayed at the time of warranty registration.

Yes, you can pick any contractor provided you let us know the name of the business before you place an order so we can check and monitor the work carried out.
If your contractor is a Lifetime Warranty Member simply enter their details during the registration process to qualify for a Free Lifetime Warranty.
There is no charge for the Lifetime Warranty provided we can check and monitor the work carried out.
We’re building a network of the best home improvement installers who each pay us a membership fee in return for recommending them to our customers and guaranteeing their work. If you choose one of our installers to carry out the work it demonstrates the benefits of membership to them. If you choose a different installer, we get the opportunity to recruit a new member.
As long as your contractor allows us to monitor their work we’ll give you a Free Lifetime Warranty, regardless of whether or not they join us.
