Why do I need a Lifetime Warranty?

Hopefully, you won’t. Most home improvements provide many years of untroubled service, but there are always exceptions to the rule. If you’re unlucky enough to experience problems in the future, a Lifetime Warranty could protect you.

How will I know that my Lifetime Warranty has been registered?

When you (the customer) apply for a Lifetime Warranty you’ll be directed to the Lifetime Warranty Dashboard where you can view your registration and manage your warranty going forward.

When can I activate my warranty?

You can activate your warranty by logging in to your Lifetime Warranty Dashboard on or up to 28 days after the Activation Date, which is 10 years from the registration date (usually when your contractor’s guarantee expires). This date will be displayed at the time of warranty registration.

Which parts of my project are covered?

Full Terms and Conditions are displayed on the Lifetime Warranty Dashboard.

How do I make a claim?

Simply log in to the Lifetime Warranty dashboard and follow the instructions.

What are the benefits of a Lifetime Warranty Service Card?

A Lifetime Warranty Service Card will provide cover for other projects listed on the Services page of our website in addition to your current project. All you have to do is register any work carried out (past, present and future) on the Lifetime Warranty Dashboard.
